It’s been a while, I know. When I started this blog, I wanted to prove (mostly to myself) that it was indeed possible to be a healthy eater in Hong Kong. Of course, it wasn’t as easy as I thought, hence the lack of updates on this site (for an entire year, I KNOW)!
There are a lot of temptations out there, but the good news is, I’m back, I haven’t given up and I’m ready to get back on the healthy living track. Brand new on the site is a ‘Fitness’ category for reviews on workouts, exercises and the like. Hope anyone who comes across this site finds it helpful in some way. Here’s to healthy living!
