Homemade: Roasted kale with garlic salt

Kale (aka. kai lan) is usually boiled in water or fried with garlic, but for something just as tasty without too much oil, why not try roasting it?

Simply toss the kale in a bit of olive oil and a generous sprinkling of garlic salt before throwing it into the oven for approx. 15 minutes. The leaves will be a bit crispy and the stem will still be nice and crunchy!

Price: Around HK$10
