Although Cafe O seems to be a healthy place to eat, their breakfast options are actually quite heavy with giant croissants, bagelwiches, thick granola bars, huge breakfast trifles and the like.
For a light breakfast, try the small blueberry (or mango) yogurt cup with muesli. It looks quite small but it’s actually just enough to hold you over till lunch. The yogurt tastes homemade with a slightly sour, tart flavour and there are occasionally hard bits in the muesli (super dried fruit, I think). I prefer crunchy muesli but ah well, let me know if you’ve tried it!
