Homemade: Greek yogurt bowl with peaches, muesli and blackberries

Mm, there’s nothing I love more for breakfast than a good ol’ yogurt bowl! This time, I combined 1/2 a cup of Greek yogurt with some Jordans crunchy muesli, diced peaches and fresh blackberries, and topped it off with a sprinkling of Chia goodness.


Yup, if you suddenly heard the jingle, “Chi-chi-chi-chia!” like the ones we used to hear on TV for chia pets, it IS the same chia seed I’m talking about! Who knew you could eat them right?

Turns out they’re really good for you and have the ability to make you feel fuller longer thanks to their expansive qualities. I like the Chia Goodness pack because instead of just eating the seeds the mix comes with some dried apples too to give it extra flavor.

It’s a little pricey at HK$80 a bag but a little goes a long way and it lasts forever. Got mine at an organic foods store on Electric Road in Tin Hau.
