This meal isn’t exactly all healthy, but at least it involves the almighty quinoa grain as a base and a fence of roasted baby asparagus.
The bean mixture is made with a can of baked beans in tomato sauce, onions, bell peppers, spicy sausage chunks, ketchup and a few blocks of spicy jalepeno cheese thrown in.
I also threw in a can of straw mushrooms for extra veggieness. What do you think?!
