Homemade: Fish soup with tofu and assorted mushrooms

Here’s another quick meal that involves literally no cooking skills at all — fish soup with silky tofu and assorted mushrooms. All you have to do is buy a tetrapak of fish broth (HK$9), bring it to a boil and add a box of silky soft tofu (HK$5.5) in along with some assorted veggies/mushrooms (HK$10). I always like to crack an egg (or two) into the soup for a bit more protein (don’t stir or your soup gets all creamy, unless you want it to).

See? What did I tell you, no skills involved. And ready to eat in about 10 minutes!
