Here’s another easy soup for hopeless chefs like me. Simply cut open a box of pork bone broth, pour into a pot, add soft tofu chunks and (my favourite) an egg or two, and there you have it!
The chives were unplanned but since I had them in my fridge, they got tossed into the soup as well. I didn’t think they would be as good boiled as they are fried, but surprisingly they still have a lot of taste even when boiled. Try it!
