Homemade: Cabbage, zucchini and konnyaku stir fry

Another no-brainer dish for those ‘can’t be bothered to cook’ nights!

Simply fry up some oil and garlic in a pan, and add chopped cabbage and chopped zucchini to cook. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce (or a combination of the three) while it’s cooking, and then add the konnyaku noodles last. Voila, dinner is served!
