Beef & Liberty LKF goes plant-based for #Veganuary

Usually known for their beefy burgers, Beef & Liberty in Lan Kwai Fong has gone 100% plant-based for the entire month of January to celebrate #Veganuary. The restaurant at California Tower has been taken over by its sister brand, Leaves & Liberty, which now offers a 100 percent vegetarian menu with the majority of dishes began vegan.

Highlights from the plant-based menu include:

Charred Spiced Cauliflower (HK$49) with chilli oil, olive oil, parsley and chives
Mac n’ Cheese Bites (HK$52) with elbow pasta, béchamel, Gruyere, parmesan and onion jam
Rocket & Candied Bamboo Salad (HK$98) with rocket, candied bamboo, cucumber, red onion, spring onion, mint, peanut and toasted sesame dressing
Beetroot & Raspberry Salad (HK$118) with marinated beetroot, mixed greens, raspberry, almond crusted vegan cheese, and maple balsamic dressing
