IRIS has teamed up with NP360 to present a brand new spiritual adventure which begins at the beautiful scenery of Lantau Island – Escape 360!

Escape 360 offers a perfect opportunity for you to practice mindfulness and enjoy breaking a sweat after enjoying a cable car ride with the stunning view of Lantau Island and experiencing the contrast between our beautiful city and nature. The event takes place every weekend of November, which gives you the option to choose to participate on any weekend that fits your schedule. Choose from yoga, fitness, meditation and stretching classes.

Each ticket to Escape 360 will include access to 3 different classes, a round-trip cable car ride and a HK$50 meal voucher.
