Mindfulness at Work: Strategies for Effectiveness & Wellbeing
At Mindful Movement’s people series, weβll be inviting guest speakers who have a regular meditation practice to share how this habit makes a difference in their life.
We live and work in a reality that is characterized by high pressure, information overload, distraction, and an expectation that we should always be “on”. In this reality, managing our attention as a means for improving our performance and wellbeing in our professional and personal lives are becoming increasingly crucial.
