What’s in it: Singapore style laksa peanut coconut curry (creamy sauce) with cashew nuts and assorted veggies over rice or roti
Review: Super creamy, flavourful and aromatic – slightly on the stronger side in terms of curry flavour. You wouldn’t know it was vegan (just like everything else on the menu at VeggieSF). Comes with your choice of rice or roti, but we highly recommend the perfectly chewy yet crispy slices of roti. Very filling, especially with all the chunky vegetables in the curry (including eggplant, cherry tomatoes and baby corn).
