  • June 27 —
  • June 28 — The Farm
  • June 29 — The Farm
  • June 30 — Gentle Flow Yoga + Vinyasa Flow Yoga @ The Farm

Week 25:

  • June 17 — 5.1km run, slow and steady, Vibram
  • June 18 — 20 min elliptical intervals
  • June 19 — 8.0km run, intervals (9.0 to 13.5 km/hr), Vibram
  • June 20 — Hatha 1 at Pure Yoga
  • June 21 — 5.4km run, steady, Vibram
  • June 22 — Nike Training Club, 45min Mean Machine
  • June 23 — Warrior Muay Thai class
