Free Yoga Class at Tamar Park sponsored by Flow Factory Co. (yoga apparel and equipment)

It isn’t always about the destination as much as about the journey. This class will focus on conditioning exercises for the whole body to ready us physically and mentally for achieving certain asanas.

Class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate level yogis. Modifications and alignment cues will be provided.

What to bring?
– yoga mat
– small towel ( you’ll work up a sweat)
– water

No need to sign up, just turn up and have fun.
