How about spending your Tuesday evening running 6km or 10km along around the Harbour and participating in 3 / 5 dynamic exercise stops? Join us and let’s have some awesome fitness fun!
We will all start together at the same time at Pier 3 but 6km into the run those that want to shorten the distance due to the summer weather can head back with some captains whilst those that prefer to continue can also do so.
Pace between approx. 4:00min/km to 6:00min/km with breaks for body weight exercises. To truly enjoy the night, you must be capable of running comfortably a distance of 6km or 10km.
We are a community so we also like to socialise. We will go for a drink or two after the event.
