Lululemon Hong Kong: Pilates with Chloe Ng at Pacific Place
The class focuses on the strength building and endurance of the core and upper body muscle while mobilising the joints and the spine. The exercises help the mind and the body to better understand how to isolate certain muscles and bones as well as work on the coordination and balance of the participants.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the beginning of class for registration, also to give your body some time to relax and arrive on the mat.

Chloe has been passionate about dancing since she was a little girl, she attended the California Institute of the Arts, majoring in dance. That was when she came across Pilates. When she came back from California, she started her Pilates Instructor training. She is now Polestar Pilates Certified, and her style of teaching is heavily influenced by the dance training she has had throughout the years.
