This Tuesday, join Midnight Runners to run 6km or 10km along around the Harbour to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival! Let’s have some awesome run and dynamic workout to burn more calories before diving into moon cakes!
The 6km and 10km runs follow the same route, with the 6km runners heading back to Central Pier 3 (the starting point) after the third exercise stop in Sun Yat Sen Park.
Pace between approx. 4:00min/km to 6:00min/km with breaks for tabata body weight exercises. To truly enjoy the night, you must be capable of comfortably running 6km in 40 minutes or 10km in 1 hour.
