Purchased at @beautybotanicahk @landmarkhk, it claims to be packed with vitamins and nutrients to detox, boost metabolism, reduce bloating, aid digestion, keep the heart healthy, and more. Ingredients: Wheat Fiber, Guava, Spinach Fiber, Moringa, Oligosaccharide, Green Tea, Green Apple, Guar Gum, Lemon, Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Aloe Vera How to prepare: Simply mix 1 sachet with 250ml water and drink! Verdict: It tastes quite good (like green apple 🍏) and thickens up a bit after shaking, making it filling even though its only 21 calories per sachet. Each sachet is said to be equivalent to 5 bowls of salad (although there's no explanation of what kind of salad, specifically) but it seems to be an easy way for people to get their daily dose of greens. 🥗 Thoughts? 💭
