Midnight Runners: 10k Boot Camp Run with Music
How about spending your Tuesday evening running 10km along around the Harbour and participating in 5 dynamic exercise stops? Join us and let’s have some awesome fitness fun!
Pace between approx. 4:00min/km to 6:00min/km with 5 breaks for body weight exercises. To truly enjoy the night, you must be capable of running comfortably a distance of 10km.
We are a community so we also like to socialise. We will go for a drink or two after the event.

** NEWBIES: Please sign up for the event. Only registered runners will be allowed to participate. It only takes 2 minutes. www.get.mycrew.com**
** CHECK IN: the check-in on the myCrew app is available 30 minutes before the event and 15 minutes after – check in to receive benefits in the future. **
** BAG DROP: We limited space for bag drop and we cannot store valuables. The bag drop facility is available once you have checked in on the app, from 19:05 to 19:25 (to leave your belongings) and 21:30 to 22:00 (after the run). Our friendly crew will be available to help and answer any questions – look for the orange C arm bands. There is no bag drop option if you are late and you won’t be able to collect your stuff if you finish early. **
