We all love an exclusive, don’t we?

Cult perfume brand Le Labo have just launched their latest City Exclusive fragrance, Bigarade 18 – and the only place in the world where you can get your mitts on it is Hong Kong.

Le Labo City Exclusives are sold only in the city they were made for – no online sales, no phone orders and no exceptions. With Hong Kong joining the likes of New York, London and Tokyo in getting its own dedicated fragrance, Bigarade 18 is the newest addition to this highly select family.

A tribute to founder Eddie Roschi’s memories of Hong Kong, where he lived as a child, Bigarade 18 is inspired by the fragrant lily and citrus tree-lined hallways of Repulse Bay Hotel in the 1980s. It’s a light, bright and breezy unisex scent that combines the classic and the contemporary, featuring long-lasting notes of bergamot, neroli, musk and wood.

Le Labo are famously passionate about craftsmanship; every single one of their “soulful fragrances” is blended in-person at the store when you purchase it, with customers able to then personalise their perfume bottles too.

Even better, all of Le Labo’s fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free – still something of a rarity in the perfume world, where the majority of designer brands retail in China and thus continue to conform to their animal testing laws – and they’re free from parabens, phthalates and preservatives too. Go have a sniff of Bigarade 18 for yourself at the Le Labo Hong Kong boutiques in Star Street or IFC now!
