I’m baaaack!! Just got back from a week in Spain where I ate my body weight in calamari and other fried goodies. :p Thanks to that, I ordered a salad for lunch today at Open Kitchen (the former Simply Life) in IFC.

For HK$198, you get an iced tea/ginger ale/soda, soup or salad and a variety of main courses including this yummy crab meat salad.

Yes, it’s real crab meat with fried shallots over some greens dressed in a peanut sesame sauce. It’s quite light on the dressing but still full of flavour. A little overpriced, but highly recommended!
