There’s nothing like a sizzling hot omelette to get you up in the morning. Here’s an easy brekkie that’s packed with protein and healthy fats!
Beat 2 eggs with flaked salmon and throw on the pan. Cut avocado in half and slice onto the plate. Finish cooking omelette and serve!
