When XYZ first opened in Hong Kong, the spin scene was forever changed. And now, with Lights Out Hong Kong, boxing is getting a black light facelift.
Opened on Monday, May 14, Lights Out Hong Kong is the latest business by serial entrepreneur Billy Tam, whose other businesses include Warrior Hong Kong, Warrior Academy and WIT Fitness Hong Kong.
The gym is located in the same building as Warrior Muay Thai (between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill), and each class is 45 minutes long with equal parts boxing combos and dumbbell/bodyweight exercises.
Trainers include Billy himself, model Angie Ng, and Tania Cheung, founder of fitness apparel brand Miss Runner. Classes start at HK$150 for trials and HK$275 per single class (which drops down to HK$225 per class when you buy a package of 100).
Free trials are being offered in the month of May – contact Lights Out to book your class.
