If you haven’t already made plans for the May 22 long weekend (Buddha’s birthday), book yourself a ticket to Singapore for their 2nd annual FitnessFest taking place on Saturday, May 19.
The headlining ‘act’ this year is none other than Australian Instagram fitness sensation, Kayla Itsines—yes, the girl who created the wildly popular (and effective) Bikini Body Guide (BBG) programme.
Held from 9am to 9pm at Marina Bay Sands, FitnessFest is a dream come true for exercise junkies, with so much on the schedule it’ll be hard not to feel FOMO.
The main stage aka. “FitnessConcert” will include meditation, yoga, kilterswitch, BBG, BoomHIIT, a Les Mills medley, barre and more, while the Manduka Stage will host workshops in primal movement, inversions, pole, pilates and more.
At the Fitness Discovery Arenas, you’ll find rebounding, bouldering, boxing, callisthenics, CrossFit, parkour, cycling and more, while the Healthy Living show will host discussions on nutrition, supplements and ways to stay motivated with your fitness routine.

Of course, there’s also a shopping village and wellness marketplace to stock up on all your favourite athleisure and healthy goodies. Tickets are available online until May 17 and priced at S$55 (approx. HK$322).
FitnessFest is set to expand to Hong Kong and Shanghai next, so check out their site www.fitnessfest.asia for the latest news and updates.
